Compounded in licensed US pharmacies Prescription required
  • Free discreet shipping in plain packaging
  • No insurance needed, ever
  • Provider-led care with automatic refills
  • Fair cash prices, published up front

A troche is a small lozenge that dissolves slowly between the cheek and gum, so the medication absorbs through the lining of the mouth rather than the stomach. Freedom RX offers compounded testosterone troches, prepared by a state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy under an individual prescription, for men whose lab work and symptoms support a diagnosis of low testosterone and who would rather not inject.

Compounded testosterone troches are not FDA-approved. Treatment starts with an online visit and a blood test. If your provider confirms low T, they set your dose and schedule and monitor your levels with follow-up labs. Refills ship automatically in plain packaging.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Prescribed only when a licensed provider determines treatment is appropriate for you. Individual results vary. Important Safety Information

What to expect

What the first months look like.

The typical shape of Low testosterone treatment, from the guide. Your provider sets the pace for you.

  1. Week 0
    Labs first

An at-home kit, a Quest Diagnostics draw, or labs you already have from the last 12 months. The panel covers total and free testosterone, blood counts, a metabolic panel, PSA and estradiol.

  2. Within hours
    A provider reviews

Once your results and intake are in, a US-licensed provider reviews them, usually within an hour or two. Not everyone is approved. If you are not, you are refunded in full.

  3. Days
    First shipment

The pharmacy prepares your order in 1 to 2 business days on average, then it ships next-day air in plain packaging.

  4. Weeks 1 to 12
    The first cycle

A weekly injection or a daily troche, on the dose your provider set. Message your care team with anything: injection technique, side effects, questions.

  5. About 3 months
    Recheck

Guidelines call for rechecking testosterone and blood counts after starting, then periodically. Your provider adjusts the plan from the numbers, not from guesswork.

Who this is for

Treat low T. Skip the needle.

Testosterone troches dissolve in the cheek, so there is nothing to inject. Prescribed from your labs by a licensed provider and monitored the same way.

Discreet, always
“I don’t want to inject anything.”
You don’t have to.

A troche dissolves between your cheek and gum on the schedule your provider sets. No syringes, no needles, nothing to mix.

“Is a troche real treatment or a workaround?”
It’s a prescription, written from your labs.

The same bloodwork, the same licensed provider, and the same follow-up labs as any testosterone program here. Only the form is different.

“I don’t want anyone to know.”
Your business stays yours.

No insurance record. Plain packaging. A provider bound by HIPAA. Refills arrive quietly.

Candidates

Who it is for, and who it is not.

Usually a fit

  • Adults with symptoms and two low morning tests, evaluated by a licensed provider
  • Willing to do follow-up blood work (blood counts, PSA, estradiol) on a schedule
  • Comfortable with a weekly self-injection, or a troche that dissolves in the cheek

Not a fit, or needs a closer look

  • Men trying to conceive now: testosterone suppresses sperm production, and a provider may discuss enclomiphene instead
  • Known or suspected prostate cancer or breast cancer, per FDA labeling
  • Untreated severe sleep apnea, very high red blood cell counts, or uncontrolled heart failure or blood pressure: your provider screens for these
  • Anyone under 18, and women who are or may become pregnant

A licensed provider makes every prescribing decision from your health history and, where required, your labs. Not everyone is approved, and if you are not, anything collected at checkout is refunded in full.

How is a troche different from an injection?+
An injection delivers testosterone in one dose, typically weekly. A troche is taken more often, on a schedule your provider sets, and dissolves in the cheek so the medication absorbs through the lining of the mouth. Your provider will explain which form fits your labs, your routine, and your preferences.
How do I take it?+
Place the troche between your cheek and gum and let it dissolve on its own, without chewing or swallowing it. Your provider sets how often, and your care team provides written instructions.
Do I need bloodwork first?+
Yes. Testosterone cannot be prescribed responsibly without labs. Freedom RX offers an at-home lab kit, or you can upload recent results. Follow-up labs are required to monitor your levels and safety markers.
Are testosterone troches FDA-approved?+
No. Compounded testosterone troches are prepared for your individual prescription by a licensed compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not evaluate them for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Testosterone itself is FDA-approved in other forms, such as injections and gels.
Will testosterone affect my fertility?+
It can lower sperm production. If fertility matters to you, tell your provider. Alternatives such as enclomiphene may be discussed.
What if I want to stop?+
There are no long-term contracts. Message your care team or email support@freedomrxhealth.com and your provider will walk you through stopping safely.
Do I need a prescription?+
Yes. Every medication on this page is prescription-only. A licensed provider reviews your online visit and decides whether it is appropriate for you. There is no charge if you are not approved.
Is this covered by insurance?+
Freedom RX is cash-pay. There is no insurance, no prior authorization, and no surprise bill. The price you see is the price you pay.
How does shipping work?+
Orders ship from a licensed US pharmacy in plain packaging with no product name on the outside. The pharmacy prepares your order in 1 to 2 business days on average, then it ships next-day air. Temperature-sensitive items ship with cold packs.
What states do you serve?+
We serve most US states. Telehealth rules vary by state, and we follow every one of them. If we cannot treat you where you live, anything collected at checkout is refunded in full.
Can I talk to a real person?+
Yes. Email support@freedomrxhealth.com and a real person answers, not a bot. You can also message your care team from your account.
